That is one Gorgeous capture Craver. Yet it's looking kind of cold.

Mist is a strange thing. I saw it this morning rise from a pond as the Sun rose.
I guess it has to do with coolness and warmth.

Excellent photograph Craver.

I don't remember exactly what the temps were Gaelyn, but I felt fine without a sweater or jacket. The only thing was that I wanted to crouch lower to take the shot, and couldn't because it was too wet... Normally, that's not a problem--I would have lain in the grass, but it happens that I was on the way to church.

Yeah, they kind of pop out, don't they Rachel Grace? This park is only about four blocks from my home.

So glad it blessed you, George. When I see it again, I hope I have time to walk to the middle of it.

The only thing that can make it better Mrs. Craver is to be there with you.

You know what Sandman? I originally wanted to make up a story about how this happened... something goofy to explain how a cloud unexpectedly slipped from the stratosphere. But then, when it came to posting it, I couldn't come up with two sentences, and was too burdened with deadlines to muse over it for a while. But it is a strange thing... one might even call it mist-erious. ;-)

You are too kind, Chris. But all I did was get out of the car and take the shot.

Oh, now that would be fun to get some plywood and 2x4s to create a mock op of Nessie for a picture here. Brother Greg, we're going to need a pickup truck...

How generous Mommanator! I am much more critical of my photography.

I saw one this morning too Imac, but couldn't stop.

Thanks for pointing that out, Joan. It sure was a beautiful day.

Thanks so much Lime. Scents can add so much to one's experiences and it is also a powerful memory trigger.
