I was fine with the rain on me Joan, but the rain on my camera is a whole other matter. Besides, the mosquitoes were sucking my veins dry.

You are too generous, Lime. I look at that picture, and it is so grainy, that if feels like sandpaper on my eyes. But like you, when I see rain drops hanging like this, I soak in all that rich potential.Craver Viihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12882284402568264182noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-23674601.post-2191825507891792392010-07-15T10:34:41.534-05:002010-07-15T10:34:41.534-05:00oh i do love that shot. so much green and lush an...oh i do love that shot. so much green and lush and anticipation all held in that little droplet.limehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17259558876349307173noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-23674601.post-67403892383009311732010-07-15T04:16:38.000-05:002010-07-15T04:16:38.000-05:00I am sure the rain was welcome but you could have ...I am sure the rain was welcome but you could have gone to find the bug in the rain or are you scared you melt? The cool wetness was just what I needed.

Thanks Bird Girl. I think I will try to catch drops in mid-air again. I did that with an old camera, but not with this one.

Guess what Sandman? I originally considered putting a verse with this picture instead of my own blabbing. I wish I had not been lazy, and that I had found that verse. It's perfect!

Speaking of getting wet Imac, the current issue of Popular Photography has one nature photographer using waders to get closer to his shots. That's not part of my gear... yet. :-)Craver Viihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12882284402568264182noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-23674601.post-65313362981839804472010-07-14T11:29:49.509-05:002010-07-14T11:29:49.509-05:00I like water shots Craver, you did well my friend....I like water shots Craver, you did well my friend.
Getting wet is a photographers dream when you find a drop like yours.lol.imachttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14533409255215440113noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-23674601.post-87153369314213196892010-07-14T11:23:49.613-05:002010-07-14T11:23:49.613-05:00Nice pic.
