.
It rained a lot just before we got there, but once we arrived, the rain stopped, and we were able to enjoy ourselves outside the whole time. The Craver family did not bring a tent. Instead, we rented cabins. I was told that they had electricity, but I did not know about everything else... They had locks on the doors, an air-conditioner, a coffee-maker, refrigerator and a microwave. Even a little television set (which we left unplugged the whole time)! The bathrooms (separate building) were the cleanest camping facilities I have ever seen..
I don't mind "roughing-it" once in a while, but this was really nice. Guess what I did with all the time I saved by not having to put tents up and take them down....
Any guesses?

Luxury camping m,y friend eh.lol.
what did you do with that extra time?
Sounds like camping to me I hate tents and sleeping bags! just a toilet is luxury to me!
hi craver...
thanks for the comment. i was wondering what verse that is about understanding.
Yes Imac, this was the most "luxurious" camping I have ever experienced. There was a lot of attention to details and the whole place was super-clean.
You have to guess, nAncY. I responded you your other comment at your blog.
Mommanator, it is usually difficult for me to sleep anytime I am away from home, but it would be a better experience for everybody all around if I slept far away from the other campers. I snore. :-(
...No guesses on what I did with my free time?
Craver: It is surely nice to find more then expected on a camping trip.
You left the TV unplugged! Good man!
????my guess is taking pictures
You ain't kidding, Fishing Guy! When I go camping, I try to prepare myself for unexpected things of another kind... raccoons, leaks, etc.
We had a good laugh Suldog, because it is a regular old analog television set and would not have been able to pick up the new digital signals anyway. Still, we were there for swimming and s'mores, not tv.
Good guess Shoebee, and although I was hoping to get some good bird photos especially, I didn't take any more or less pictures because of the extra time. It was something else. Keep guessing. :-)
I know what I would do with the extra time; lay in a hammock and smile a lot, and read a book.
Did you do some reading?
Another good guess by the Sand Man! I brought Piper's book, The Future of Justification, but I don't think I completed even one full page. No, it was something else.
Hi Craver,
I just saw your humorous comment on EG Wow's blog and came by to say hello. I haven't been here in a really long time. :( I have missed your humor!
Sorry to hear about the surgery. Prayers for continued healing.
So, did you go Fishing maybe?
Did you go to a KOA?
I've camped at quite a few KOAs, and always found them clean and comfortable.
