on the road again

For several years now, I have been blessed to be able to avoid a lot of traveling, but the occasion has come where I need to work out of state, and I will not even have access to email. I will miss the daily routines, but it will be an adventure, I'm sure!

.

I hope you enjoy the posting of one photo per day until I return. I'll be back to my normal routine after new year's, Lord willing. While I'm on the road, I'd covet your prayers.

Thanks Fishing Guy. It will be strange to write again without a keyboard, but I'm bringing a pad of paper with me. That should come in handy while we're actually on the road, and for down-time at the hotel.

Gracias EG, and you as well. It will be 2010 by the time I get back.

Sandman, that was sleet. It was a slow crawl at rush hour that night, and I had LOTS of time on my hands, so I grabbed the o'l camera.

That's a major classic tune! The drums and harmonica remind me of a train. The live recording had a little trouble with dynamics and could have used a little compression, but I liked it.

Thank you very much Denise. It is easy to be kind to people such as we have here, isn't it? Your comment brought a smile to my face.

I'll miss your wit while I'm away Lime. I usually have no problem finding persons operating at 50%, but you're the real deal.

Yes Mommanator, I'll be home, or at least with my family, as we visit other homes on Christmas. I just found out that there's a chance I'll get to see my grandson, too! I hope we can find a way to get our hectic schedules to reconcile for that. ...Oh, and it will be nice to see my daughter and son-in-law as well. :-)
