Header Challenge: Almost

The Headbangers are posting "Almost," selected by Katney. Check out my pals for their interpretations: Fishing Guy, Katney, Imac, Sandy and Lew.
As I understand it, the spirit of the theme is Almost... Christmas, so my header is a picture of Santa Claus in the final days leading up to the traditional red costume, global sleigh ride and chimney-shimmy. These other pics are just "almost." I had a lot of fun with this week's theme.

Love the Santa Claus--almost. Although almost Christmas was what brought the theme to mind, Ihoped there would be other Almosts as well. I love your other almosts. Maybe we should do almost again when there is not a major event to be almost.

The party before donning the red suit and loading the sleigh? Or the fund raiser to support the North Pole operation? In either case a great "Almost" Christmas! (And I prefer to stay further away from the sharks!)
