Anyhoo, I'm glad to be back on the right side of the lens. I snapped these beauties at a neighbor's mailbox on Sunday morning.

Pronounced 'CRAVER SEVEN.' An anagram generator first gave me “Rev Vicar I.” Whoa, that comes across kind of pompous, doesn’t it? But I am glad to confess certain “cravings.” Here are seven of them: God, His Word, prayer, the lost, the redeemed, Christian service, and my bride.

oh honey, and woman who has ever given birth can handle a shaved belly. nonetheless, the iris is no doubt a lovelier image so i think you.
antics? you need my antics? hhmm...i remember my post surgical days, i didn't want too hearty of laughter as it made me feel like my belly would bust open. i'll keep it to a dull roar until you;re ready for the gut busters. ;)
Good to hear the news that you are up and about after the surgery. Aren't we lucky to live in this age of medical enlightenment?
great shot, craver.
sooooo glad that you are healing.
Nice to see you back BEHIND the camera, mate.lol.
Its a great shot you captured there.
Yes, those are lovely. And yes, thanks for sparing us (I understand).
Perhaps Lime, but I was kinda fond of my belly hairs. It's okay; it grows back and I am so rarely shirtless that I am quite luminescent.
Laproscopy. Dilaudid. What's not to love, Shammy?
I'm glad you liked that one, nAncY. The prayers of the righteous availeth much. Thanks for praying.
Well thanks, Imac! My daughter noticed that the way they're growing all around the neighbor's mailbox, it's probably less fun for the letter carrier (lol). They worked nice for my photos, though!
They shaved me, Ted! Ugh, it's so undignified.
Glad you're feeling well enough to blog!! My problem is that I'm too distracted with my life to do anything but blog - so you're going to have to go to this hyperlink and leave 99a dn 100 again - sorry!
OK - now it's done!
They shaved your belly for a laproascopy? Who does that any more??? I just stand if it was a tiny patch here and there, but to fully shave? When did they start doing that AGAIN?
Sorry, my nursing coming out.
humm! remember it will itch soon!
the flower is a beauty
I fixed the link in my sidebar, Halfmom. The meal you provided for my family was delicious, and those cookies: mmmmm...
Shoebee, they covered a lot of my belly with large, clear waterproof covers over each wad of gauze. That make it easy for me to shower and not worry about changing wet bandages. Anyway, it all came off today, and I do not need to cover them any more.
But is Mommanator right? Will it be itchy? Oh brother, that's going to be fun!
