Pronounced 'CRAVER SEVEN.' An anagram generator first gave me “Rev Vicar I.” Whoa, that comes across kind of pompous, doesn’t it? But I am glad to confess certain “cravings.” Here are seven of them: God, His Word, prayer, the lost, the redeemed, Christian service, and my bride.

I didn't want to give it away in the post, but this title tickled me as I took us from "bird stalking" to "birds talking."
;-)
Cool... Hey this is not that hard, but the big part is to learn where the birds are most often! Their habits (they all have some), their habitat, and so on. While you have observed that carefully, then you can find a place to take good pictures. Your first flight shot is superb...
Very cool! Maybe momma goose will be on our roof nesting again..
Nice one Craver.
Wonder what sound you came up with.lol
what a lovely colored bird, ya forget how colorful they are
Great picture! I think it's a great idea to ask your friend if you could go with him sometime, you could learn from him :) You'll learn very fast that birdwatching is alot of fun and very addictive ;)
Congrats on becoming a stalker my friend!! LOL!! Welcome to the club. :)
Good to know. I'll see about learning their habitats, Chris.
A momma goose = fluffy waddling chicks, Dave. Keep your camera handy, I want to see you get some of those pics, Dude!
I don't know what I would suggest for a bird that wants to pair-up, Imac. I was never any good at that sort of thing. When I try any of that smooth talking with my wife, she just laughs.
That's right, Mommanator. My son was telling me how he never sees that, because it is partially hidden while they swim with their wings folded.
Not too addictive, I hope. Leeloo, there is so much more I would like to do. Just last night, I was daydreaming about speed photography. It's a bit pricey, but there are schematics on the web for building one's own sound trigger.
If I can get the hang of it, I know I'm in good company, Joan.
You have just made me very, very jealous! This is a wonderful photo!
Great shot!
Funny video...
Ask the friend from church. He could say no but he might just say yes. ;)
You did good. That's a really nice shot of the duck.
Well, I don't want you to be jealous EG, but thanks. :-)
I'm sure you're right, Carletta. Scheduling a time when he and I both would be free... that's the tricky part.
Thanks Dot! It's so nice to see you "out and about."
that shot of the duck is impressive! i marvel at anyone who so successfully captures a bird in flight. nicely done.
the video is a hoot!
