.
I hope to get an appointment for an ultrasound this week. No, I'm not pregnant! (lol) The doctor can't decide whether I have an ulcer or pancreatitis. I do not expect to know until next week. I'm feeling better now than the past few days. Who knows? ...Maybe it was just food poisoning. I'll keep you updated.

Hey buddy I will keep ya in prayer!
There wont be any sleeping where I live for awhile! There are still many fireworks going off. And I live in a retirement community! its all the folks in the surrounding area. No its not the crazy seniors at it again!
Thanks for posting the fireworks. None here, we only shoot water.
Sending healthy energy your way Craver.
will be praying that there's fireworks(not the crackling kind) in the doctors after finding absolutely nothing wrong inside you!!
Oh Mommanator... You're just a bunch of wild and crazies in that retirement community, aren't you? ;-) I hope sensible minds prevail, and people can get a decent night's sleep soon. Thanks for praying.
Shooting water works for me, Gaelyn. I haven't bought fireworks since I was 20. But while the nearby civic centers hosted firework shows, I felt obligated to have the camera ready.
Bird Girl, my daughter "corrected" me when I told her about that picture. She thinks it was the firework called "confetti." I know I jiggled the camera once or twice. Who knows? Maybe that's what it actually was, and I jiggled another frame that didn't make the cut.
A passing thing you say? Oh, I hope it's not another stone. I had my gall bladder out last year, and it was a miserable experience. I looked like a zombie just before the operation. My sister took a picture with her cell phone, and... yikes!! Thanks for praying. I know that one way or another, this should serve to give glory to God.
That would be nice, Mr. Dave. But if the Lord wills that I endure a season of hardship only clinging to the knowledge that he is with me through it all, that will be good, too. His grace is sufficient. But as long as you're praying anyway... I hope we don't rack up a heap of medical debts.
Grand shots of fireworks Cravel, good luck with the tests, thinking of you my friend.
Great firework pictures! I've never had any luck with photographing fireworks.
My grandie Callum went to see some Canada Day fireworks and told his mummy they were "like a broken moon"!
If you are pregnant, PLEASE name it after me - I have always wanted another Bug Lady around. LOL!!
Hi A bit late but time has been running fast over here. happy 4th july and it looks like you got some fun !
I appreciate that, Imac. It will be a week before we know anything. I feel much better now, though.
A broken moon! Out of the mouth of babes, Shammy. That is an excellent way of describing the fireworks. Callum sure is a bright one!
And what if it should turn out to be a boy, Joan? Ah, why not. If it's a boy, I'll still call it "Bug Lady."
Truth be told, Chris. I do not care for the intense heat, and I like crowded situations even less. It makes me feel like an insignificant follower. I went alone to an empty parking lot for these pics. It was tranquil; I loved it.
Happy Fourth of July Craver, sorry for the delay! Better late than never right? ;)
I love those fireworks shots, awesome! The second one is funky indeed.
Yes, please keep us posted, I really hope it's nothing serious.
Your firework photos are great, never been able to get any decent ones. I think you need to give me a few lessons!
I'll be thinking of you and you'll be in my prayers. Hope you feel better real soon.
Hope all is well with you. I will keep you in my prayers.
My dad suffered with both!
I like the wavy effect too.
I missed you Leeloo; welcome back. Denise said you had been abducted by aliens, but I didn't believe her.
Thanks Denise. I feel good right now. The ultrasound is on Friday, and I have a followup Saturday to see the results of some blood work. After all that, the doctor will most likely say that I'm just full of hot air! :-)
I appreciate your prayers Happyone. I have no idea what I'm in for with either one of those conditions, but decided not to look into it unless or until something is confirmed. Otherwise, I might go about psychosomatically inducing symptoms for a thing that is not really there.
i can't decide which shot i like better. they are both so great even if one was an accident!
Thanks for the wonderful picture of the fireworks. I hope the ultrasound shows nothing serious.
