Header Challenge:butterflies

This week's challenge is butterflies. Check out my pals for their interpretations on this theme: Fishing Guy, Katney, Imac and Lew.
Sadly, I have not seen too many butterflies this summer. These little white ones are pretty, but their caterpillars are not welcome around our vegetable gardens. A local veterinary clinic had an open house, where the staff had butterfly patterns on their scrubs and one had a butterfly painted on her face, but I think a pup licked it because by the time I got there with my camera, it was smudged. But still, don't you like it when you ask if you can take somebody's picture and they say yes?

Butterflies are nice, but the caterpillars can eat a lot! And it is nice when someone says yes to a photo and gives you a big smile! But who wouldn't smile with a bunch of puppies around?
Craver: I must say you got some neat butterfly photos. Way to think out of the box.

Always hard to get a good butterfly shot, unless its an inanimate butterfly!
