.This pic was taken outside of Bolingbrook's library. (My next post will have a connection with the Woodbridge library.) The cold is sometimes looked at as an inconvenience or discomfort, but I see it differently. When I have to be out in the cold for a while, it makes my hands feel like ice. Then, I go inside to an unsuspecting victim, and place my cold hands on a warm neck and my heart sings with joy when they practically jump out of their skin. ;-)
.Notice that the sign designates special parking spaces for fuel efficient vehicles. I drove to the library that day with two other people in my minivan. Carpooling is fuel efficient, but I'm guessing that my vehicle itself doesn't qualify for those special parking spaces.
.But oh, my own body is fuel efficient, too! That's right... I'm not husky; I'm fuel efficient. When I was younger, I was terribly in-efficient! Oh yeah. I could eat anything I wanted, and my metabolism burned it all up. Tsk, tsk, tsk. I was sixty pounds (27 kg) lighter when I got married. I should be proud of such efficiency, don't you think?
