linens

Update: Since you asked, Darth Vader did actually get some sleep that night, but just a little.  :-)

Header Challenge: Linens

January  9, 2013

The Headbanger's challenge for this week is Linens.  I'll admit that this one pretty much stumped me.  I honestly never even thought about taking pics of linens.  Call it a guy thing or whatever.  When I think of linens, I'm sure there's a technically correct definition, but I generally think of dressings for your bed.  So here is my attempt...

This is a self portrait as I prepared for a sleep study at the hospital.

This one was actually taken by the sleep technician.  How the heck does Darth Vader sleep, I wonder!

At my house, one has to be careful to inspect the bed before hopping into it.  Our dog Bear likes to burrow under the sheets.  I have accidentally sat on the poor pooch more than once.  That's him in the header saying, "I wish they'd look before they leap."

Since we're airing dirty laundry, check out my  pals for their take on the linens theme: Fishing  Guy, Katney, Imac, Sandy  and Lew.

Craver: Very cool capture of your little Bear. Watch where you sit my friend.

Our cats are likely to be on the bed, though seldom hidden. Bear looks like he is worried about being squashed! Thanks for your comments on my "linens". I took those shots on a cloudy day and did some editing to bring out the contrast.

I really like your header -- Bear is cute. How does Darth Vader sleep?

Hopefully, Darth is sleeping better now. May the Force continue to be with you. (I know that it is because you are a Child of the King.)
Love you, my brother,
Jackie

Well, this is one of the things you should always do, watch where you seat ;-)
Donðt worry you don't look like dark vader at all, well a little bit to be honest ;-)
