Today's Flowers

bésame mucho
My first thought, when I saw this flower was that it looks like it's whistling.

.

midday garden walk

where does the music come from?

it is the flower

.

Still thinking about this puckering posture... Could it be kissing the sunlight? Yup, I think so. Hey look! And here, the sun smooched on an apple, too!!

You've got me laughing again! You must stay awake nights thinking up this stuff. It really does look like it's whistling and the sun is surely kissing the apple. Delightful post!!

Hey Shammickite, Craver is married!!

Hi Craver, it's been a while since I've stopped in. I thought I'd take a visit to say hello and good thing too! Doesn't Sham know you got a Mrs.?

Too funny, Craver! Are you this funny in person?

JJ, I think Shammy was just being funny, and she was probably referring to the puckering flower or sun-kissed fruit. I know from reading her blog that she is devoted to her own husband. But in any case, thanks for standing up for my Mrs. Craver.

You do see things in nature - the ribs in my clouds, the kissing (or whistling?) of flowers. Good eye. And good post. Thanks for stopping by!
